Determining "usability" of items:
Determining usability of items is somewhat subjective. We do have an "in-house" repair shop that does a terrific job in bringing electrical appliciances, TVs, lamps, etc. back to life. We can also paint and make mechanical repairs on a limited scale. If you have a significant volume of items we suggest that you contact us for further information before transporting. There are certain items that we cannot resell, but we can give to directly to clients or other charities. Examples of these are:
- Used Mattresses
- Certain Drugs

Items we cannot Accept due to logistics, safety, health or ethical reasons:
- Major appliances such as oven ranges, built-in ovens, refrigerators and freezers, home air conditioners, home heater (conflict and insurability/liability of high-voltage appliances).
- Firearms such as rifles, pistols or detonation-type device (require special permit).
- Home recorded cassettes or videos (may violate copyright restrictions).
- Perishable food including "un-tinned" meats, items requiring refrigeration or freezing, fresh produce. We have no facilities for storing "short shelf-life" items.
- Alcoholic, tobacco or prescription drugs. Non-prescription drugs beyond their "expiration date" and any drugs for which the original shipping seal is broken.
- Literature or items of a demonic, profane, pornographic nature. Any literature or items of similar nature that demeans the Christian intent of this charity.
